  • - Parkplatz vor dem Hotel - entsprechend gutes Frühstück

  • - die für uns Deutsche EU-Bürer unfreundliche Rezepionsangestellte - das geschlossene Restaurant,obwohl in der Werbung das Hotel mit Restaurant angepriesen wurde - wir mussten das Abendessen im 2 km entfernten Ort einnehmen - für ein 3 Sterne-Hotel schlechte Zimmerausstattung ; kein Kleiderschrank , keine Badetücher , kein Fusstuch ,

  • Není tam konvicka, lednička a ani mikrovlnná trouba. Tenhle základ je všude. Pak že na hotelu nejsou skříně, to mi přijde horší než na ubytovně.

  • ochota personálu byla nadstandarní, stále milé a usměvavé, to se v dnešní době v oblasti služeb jen tak nevidí.

  • Čistota pokoje pokulhávala, pavučiny byly i na poměrně frekventovaných místech. A co hodnotím jako opravdu slabé, tak na pokoji č. 2 absence zástěny nebo závěsu ve sprchovém koutu. Případně alespoň mop, kterým by se dala voda stáhbnout. Po osprchování byla voda v celé koupelně,nevysychala. Dále postel byla neskutečně rozvrzaná. Takže co se týká kvality a ceny, tak velký nepoměr. Chyběla rychlovarná konvice.

  • Líbil se mi bazén, ovšem byl vedle prasečích stájí, takže když zafoukal vítr bylo to cítit...

  • Ve sprše sprchová hlavice na pevno zabudovaná nad hlavou, malý proud vody.. nešlo se umýt ve spodní části těla. Příšerné. Jedna noc ve dvoulůžkovém pokoji stála 1400Kč, předpokládali jsme, že sportovní aktivity, které hotel nabízí jsou již v ceně, ale platily se zvlášť. Žaluzie v oknech propouštěli mnoho světla -,nebylo přítmí, když si chtěl člověk po obědě odpočinout. .
